A support coordinator helps you understand your plan, choose providers, set up services and sort problems out when they happen. We are straight with you about where a different provider would serve you better, because your plan is not a sales opportunity.
What this looks like in practice
- Plain language explanation of what your plan funds and what it does not
- Connecting you with providers, including providers other than us
- Setting up service agreements and keeping budgets on track
- Preparing evidence and reports ahead of your plan reassessment
- Stepping in when a service is not delivering what it agreed to
This is probably right for you if
- Your plan includes support coordination funding
- You are new to the NDIS and do not know where to start
- Your supports are not joined up and things keep falling through
How this is usually funded
Funded under Capacity Building, Support Coordination. Check your plan for Level 1, 2 or 3.
