Feedback and complaints

Tell us when we get it wrong

Complaining about a service you rely on is hard. We try to make it as low risk as possible. Raising a concern will never affect the support you receive.

Your rights

  • You can complain without giving your name.
  • You can ask someone else to complain for you, including an advocate.
  • You can go straight to the NDIS Commission without contacting us first.
  • Your supports will not be reduced, changed or withdrawn because you raised a concern.
  • You can ask for an interpreter or for information in an accessible format.

What happens after you tell us

  4. 04

    You can escalate

If you are not satisfied, we help you take it further. That includes to the Commission.
