What we offer

The four things support workers tell us matter most

  • Rosters published in advance

    You get your roster ahead of time and we do not move it without talking to you. Last minute changes are a failure, not a routine.

  • You work with the same people

    Consistency is better for participants and it is better for you. You learn people properly instead of reading a file in the car.

  • Training that is paid

    Induction, manual handling, first aid and ongoing development, and we pay you for the time you spend in it.

  • Backed when it gets hard

    An on call coordinator who answers, debriefs after difficult shifts, and supervisors who have done the work themselves.

Before you apply

What you will need

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can guide you through applying)
  • Working with Children Clearance, Ochre Card, for relevant roles
  • NT driver licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
  • First aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed
  • Right to work in Australia
